Avocado has been for years the hidden nutritional treasure produced on the Island of Creta, rich in beneficial fats, vitamin E & antioxidants, which “Cretan Mythos” take care to preserve unchanged, producing avocado oil exclusively by mechanical methods.
“BIO Ladi Avocado”
is produced from naturally matured avocados, of Fuerte & Hass varieties, which are cultivated by small organic farms in West Crete. Due to the cold pressing technique & the absence of refining, the intense processing of the fruit is avoided, giving the mild, soft & buttery taste & the greenish colour of the avocado oil. The organic avocado oil from “Cretan Mythos” goes well with salads, grilled meats & fish but can also be used instead of butter in confectionery.
