"BIO Graviera"... the Organic Flavoursome Greek Gruyère!!!
"Menikio" is named after the homonymous mountain in Drama, in the shade of which the Agricultural Farming Cooperative of Prosotsani is located. It is a model, vertically integrated farm that produces high-quality organic dairy products.
"BIO Graviera" is a pale-yellow hard cheese made from pasteurized goat milk produced by "Menikio's" own animals, with the addition of lactic acid culture, rennet & salt. It matures for a minimum of 3 months, developing a unique, spicy flavour & a rich aroma. Delicious when paired with pure honey & walnuts or with fresh & dried fruits.
After Feta... comes the Graviera!
