Ingredients: dictamus, sage, penny royal mint, cretan mountain tea, marjoram
Use: Pour 1-2 teaspoons in a cup of hot water for 7-10 minutes, strain and drink.
You can drink up to 2-3 times a day.

Diktamo:
Acts as an antispasmodic and contributes to the prevention and treatment of circulatory and cardiac problems. It also acts against colds, stomachaches, as an anti-diabetic, emmenagogue and also as an aphrodisiac (in Crete they also refer to it as "eronta").
Marjoram:
Rests physically and mentally, while a marjoram tea in the evening fights insomnia and irritability while protecting the body from colds and viruses.
Fliskuni (Wild Cretan mint):
Warming decoction, against diarrhea and intestinal parasites. In the past it was even used as an antidote for heartburn.
Malotira (Chania Mountain Tea):
Helps the digestive system, strengthens the human body and works against colds. as anti-inflammatory, bacteriostatic, antioxidant, antimicrobial, stomachic, diaphoretic, tonic, anti-irritant and anti-anaemic.
Sage:
It is extremely effective for mouth ulcers (canker sores). It helps in the treatment of laryngitis, pharyngitis, tonsillitis and peritonsillar abscess. It is used for indigestion.
